Processional drive from Lowhill Farm

By Kind Permission of of Roger and Sue Page at Low Hill Farm, Portsmouth Road, SO50 7HF.

Please arrive at 10am ready to set off at 11am. We will stop at the pub half way for a drink and then return to the farm for food and presentations. Please note that if you are attending any of the drives, to comply with current regulations and to help protect the health and wellbeing of all equines attending, please ensure that your equines passport and Equine influenza vaccination is up to date (vaccination is required within the last 6 months). All vaccination records will need to be checked before you can attend the drives.

Driving week celebration dinner 2026

Celebrating the conclusion of driving week in the beautiful grounds of Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club

We are returning to Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club to mark the end of driving week in what has been a difficult year for the New Forest equestrian community. Last year's dinner was very successful and we are looking forward to returning to this lovely venue. Join us from 6pm for drinks to sit down for dinner at 7pm. Smart dress, black tie optional. Menu (choices to Sara by 26th September) Starters: Lentil and ham hock broth with a cheddar scone. Classic prawn cocktail. Mushroom pate with pickled shallots & toasted sourdough. Mains: Roast chicken supreme, dauphinoise potatoes, wild mushroom & spinach with tarragon cream sauce. Braised beef blade, charred leeks, horseradish mash and St Austel Brewery 'Proper Job' ale gravy. Fish pie, topped with mashed potato, served with hispi cabbage. Butternut squash Wellington, roasted root vegetables & gravy. Desserts Sticky toffee pudding with ginger ice cream. Blackberry, pear & white chocolate crumble with custard. Warm pecan pie with vanilla cream.

The BDS Summer Kids Camp will be held on the 14-16th August 2026 at Lowhill Farm, Hampshire, by kind permission of Roger and Sue Page. The kids camp is run by the BDS Junior Commissioner Samantha Searle.
