Hampshire British Driving Society Christmas Meal

Get together and celebrate Christmas with the carriage driving community with a three course lunch for £38 per head.

Starters
Smoked Haddock and Clam Chowder with crusty bread
Ardennes Pate, with red onion marmalade & crostini
Beetroot Falafel, with garlic mayo, Lebanese flatbread & pickled red onion (v)

Main Courses
Traditional Roast Turkey with all the trimmings & cranberry sauce
Roast Sirloin served medium rare with truffle dauphinoise potatoes, roasted root vegetables & red wine gravy
Pan-fried Salmon Fillet with herb crusted new potatoes, charred cucumber & a mussel broth
Wild Mushroom & Truffle Ravioli with roasted pumpkin & beetroot, crispy kale & sage butter sauce (v)

Christmas Pudding with brandy cream (v)
Profiteroles with salted butterscotch sauce (v)
